Shipping policy

98% of the time your package is shipped the same or next day by 3:00.
Normal delivery takes between 2-7 days. If you do not receive your package in that time period, please email tina@baddoggang.com with your order number. You can also use the tracking number provided in your email at the time of ordering.

Coffee orders typically go out every Monday (due to our pickup from our roaster) but can ship sooner if available. We want to ship the freshest coffee available. 

We ship using UPS and USPS. 

If shipping to an apartment complex, we recommend talking with your apartment manager as the majority of the time your package will not fit the box and be delivered there waiting for you.
